We always send you a text and email notification before each clean so you’ll always know when we’re coming and can unlock any gates/ garage doors for easier access.

You will need to set up a payment method before we complete your first clean. We accept payment via GOCARDLESS only. This is also the only electronic payment method which doesn’t require pre-payment. Please go to our 'Payment Setup' page for more details.

The frequency depends on your own personal preferences. For all residential clients, we offer a 4 week and an 8 week cleaning schedule. We find that the majority of our customers opt for the 4 week cycle because the windows and frames stay so much cleaner.

No. Our system will not damage any properly maintained paintwork. It will in fact help protect paintwork from algae and lichen etc. However, if you have badly maintained or very loose or flaky paintwork, some paint may be removed during the cleaning process. If this is the case we would not recommend our Pure Water system and would suggest you find a traditional window cleaner. We do not provide this service.

Organising a window clean is really easy. The quickest way is to email us your details, but if you’d prefer to speak to someone, we can take a few details over the phone. Once we have the necessary information, we will then give you a FREE no obligation quote, so you will always know what the price is before we start any cleaning. We don’t like to keep you waiting so once you have accepted our quote, we will always try our best to make sure your windows are cleaned as soon as possible.

We will still clean your windows. With traditional window cleaning methods it is impossible to get a good result when it is raining. However, with Pure Water technology, because we are using purified water and do not need to polish the glass, rain water does not have any affect on the finished results. Therefore we are able to leave your windows with a sparkling, smear free shine, even in the rain. We also offer a rain clean guarantee so if you notice any imperfections on your windows as a result of us window cleaning in the rain, we will come and clean them again for free. You must always contact us within 24 hours of your window clean to claim under your guarantee.
