There is a general misconception that the rain will make clean windows dirty. However, rain, just like the water we use, is typically pure, and therefore cannot make your windows dirty.

The reason some windows may look dirty after the rain is because the windows were dirty to start with. If so, the rain will trap the dirt, run down the glass, which makes the windows look dirty.

​

Because we always clean the glass, frames, sills and doors as standard, there is no dirt for the rain to trap, therefore, once the rain has evaporated your windows will appear as clean and spotless as if they were cleaned in the dry.

If it rains on the day of our visit and you feel your windows look dirty, we will return within 72 hours and clean your windows for free.
